Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Executive to join our team full-time at The Rack Store Pvt Ltd in Colombo. The Social Media Executive will play a crucial role in managing daily social media activities, creating engaging content, and helping to drive our online presence through effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to build an engaged online community.
- Create, manage and optimize ad campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and post content, including stories, posts, and other formats, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our brand’s reach and visibility.
- Write and optimize web content for SEO and user engagement.
- Create engaging and creative content, aligning with brand guidelines.
- Execute and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform policies, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Skills Required:
- Strong marketing and communication skills.
- Expertise in social media marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in web content writing and SEO.
