Job Description
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, campaign management, and a passion for creating engaging reels and TikTok videos that drive audience engagement and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and oversee clients' social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Schedule and publish content across various platforms in line with clients' content calendars.
Content Creation
- Develop and create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on Reels and TikTok videos.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content creation.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media ad campaigns on Meta platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
- Optimize campaigns for performance, analyzing metrics such as ROAS, engagement, and reach.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create campaign strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Community Engagement
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with the community in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and interactive community on clients' social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze the performance of social media content and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to clients on social media metrics and insights.
- Use data to optimize content strategies and improve performance.
Collaboration
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and target audience.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Meta Blueprint Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven success in managing and growing social media channels with a track record of impactful content creation.
- Extensive experience in creating engaging multimedia content, including Reels, TikTok videos, and social-first campaigns.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, with the ability to create visually striking and brand-consistent content.
- Strong knowledge of key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and experience with social media management tools and analytics software.
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing paid campaigns on Meta platforms.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills tailored to various social media platforms.
- Ability to adapt to evolving social trends and apply data-driven insights to optimize content performance.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively within a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines.
