Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing (experience in a B2B or B2C environment is a plus)
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and trends
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Basic graphic design skills (knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively and generate fresh ideas to engage with the target audience.
