We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide our engineering team to new heights. This role is ideal for someone skilled in agile methodologies, team development, and strategic gap analysis who can effectively nurture the team and optimise performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in setting up efficient processes, coaching, and tracking team productivity while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive agile best practices and oversee scrum ceremonies.
- Use tools like ClickUp, Zoho Sprint, or Jira to streamline workflows.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, preparing reports and updates.
- Empower the team through coaching, task delegation, and productivity optimization.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience leading technical teams in a tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of scrum principles and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and set clear priorities.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in leading teams working on React JS front-end and C# back-end projects is highly desirable.
