Expected deliverables from an Ideal Tech Lead JAVA
We expect you to collaborate with us in an agile work environment
- Design and deliver clean, high-quality, and scalable software solutions.
- Lead the development of applications, APIs, and system enhancements using Java and Spring technologies.
- Apply expertise in OOP principles, microservices, and client-server architecture.
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs to extend system capabilities.
- Ensure systems are secure, responsive, and optimized for performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.
- Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of new features and products.
- Mentor team members and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
What qualifications & experiences you should have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field)
- 5+ years of solid experience in developing applications using JAVA.
- Hands-on experience in Git workflow
- Good knowledge in MYSQL, MSSQL
- Able to write well structured and clean code
- Experience in Build tools such as Jenkins , Azure DevOps CI / CD practices
- Good analytical and problem-solving communication skills
- Self-initiative and willingness to learn new technologies
