Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitor and engage with followers to foster community interaction and brand loyalty.
- Track and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Research trends and contribute creative ideas for innovative campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to execute projects aligned with company goals.
- Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns for best performance for Ecommex clients.
- Build strong relationships with Ecommex clients and prospects to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- Successfully completed O/Ls and A/Ls, with strong proficiency in Sinhala and English.
- Preference for candidates pursuing or having completed a weekend degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Digital Media Marketing, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Photoshop and Canva for creating visually appealing posts.
- Familiarity with CapCut/Filmora or similar tools for editing short videos and reels.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Awareness of content marketing, viral trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Basic understanding of Facebook Ad Campaigns (an added advantage).
- Hands-on experience with Anydesk, Microsoft Office, Google applications, and AI tools.
Personal Attributes:
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Should have a laptop.
