Role Overview:
As a UI UX Designer at i-Context, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge eLearning solutions. From concept to execution, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs. Your work will contribute to enhancing the learning journey for our clients and end-users worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, user persona and business requirements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
