RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Conducting requirement studies, gap analysis & develop functional specifications/system design specifications
- Conducting project management activities for ICT solution implementations and translate business requirements to software requirement specifications
- Documentation of user requirements, project activities and related assignments
- Perform business support activities & provide user training
- Interacting with clients, technical/development team, SQA team, implementation team to ensure that the system implementations are carried out to the best satisfaction of stakeholders
- Perform all business and technical writing assignments in English according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style & Terminology
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independently and with other counterparts
WILL BE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Minimum 3+ years in a similar capacity in Software Development Environment
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering / Business Information Systems
- Excellent planning, analytical communication and problem-solving skills in a team-focused dynamic environment
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic changing technological environment with a passion for technology
- Excellent written communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
