Requirements to apply:

  • Partly qualified in CIM, SLIM, or any other similar professional qualification.
  • A degree in Management or Marketing is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support.
  • Should be customer-centric and be able to solve problems with minimum supervision.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with existing and potential clients via phone and email.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about the company’s products, tools and services to clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient support is provided for clients and achieve provided targets.

The selected candidate will work full-time in Colombo 03, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with no external travel obligations.
