Job Description:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Understand and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide service-related information & solutions for customers.
- Guide our customers in creating accounts on our platforms.
- Support the company departments by performing certain clerical tasks.
Qualifications Required:
- Completed G.C.E Advanced Level Examination
- Previous working experience related to customer experience/support
- Able to communicate fluently in Sinhala & English
- Good computer literacy
- Passionate in interacting with customers
