We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of our online presence and campaigns. In this role, you’ll work closely with creative teams to ensure the development of engaging content and manage performance-driven digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities


  • Campaign Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to bring campaigns to life
  • Content Coordination:
  • Work with creative teams to conceptualize and execute content for social media, digital ads, newsletters, and blogs
  • Use generative AI tools to streamline content creation and ensure quality output
  • Paid Advertising Management:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Ensure campaigns are data-driven and deliver on key performance metrics
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, highlighting successes and areas for optimization
  • Budget Management:
  • Oversee budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and high ROI


Requirements

  • Demonstrated 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and paid advertising
  • Experience working closely with creatives to deliver effective content
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms is essential
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation and optimization
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in English (written and spoken), and strong coordination skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve strategies
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
