Key Responsibilities

Flutter Development:Flutter
• Design and implement intuitive, responsive user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure smooth and seamless user experiences.

Back-End Development:Node.jsPostgreSQL
• Integrate APIs and third-party services seamlessly into applications.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and global development teams to ensure project alignment and high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth and technical excellence.
• Manage project timelines and workflows, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
Process Optimization:

• Implement Agile methodologies and best practices to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure management.

Required Skills

FlutterNode.js
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and their application in mobile and web development.
AWS
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global team.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills
