Intern Application and Network Support

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining cloud technology principles, with a focus on Microsoft Azure & Network Operations
• Support tasks related to Microsoft 365 Platform and Azure services.
• Perform basic networking tasks, including working with LAN, WAN, VPN, Switching, and Routing.
• Provide support for operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server, and Linux
• Assist with tasks in Windows Server environments
• Contribute to network infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
• Provide support in M365 administration, particularly in areas like Microsoft Defender and Intune

Qualifications And Skills

• Basic understanding of cloud technology principles such as Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Switching and Routing.
• Basic Understanding with Windows Server environments and Linux is Plus
• Knowledge with operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11
• Basic knowledge of Office 365 administration, especially MS Defender, Exchange and Intune will be an added advantage
• Basic Understanding of the ITIL V4 Framework.
• Ability to provide End user support
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Basic understanding of security technologies (a significant advantage

Preferred Certifications

• AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals)
