We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Technology Operational Excellence team in the R&D Technology unit. This position is responsible for ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and measurable outcomes, fostering a culture of accountability, and enhancing collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform basic Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tasks to prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process.
- Build and maintain reports that track progress on key results and operational efficiency metrics, providing insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather data, conduct research, and support the development of action plans.
- Regularly track the progress of implemented actions and key results, providing insights and recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Facilitate OKR planning sessions by leading workshops with teams to define, refine, and align OKRs with organizational goals.
- Prepare content to communicate findings, progress updates, and OKR effectiveness to senior management.
- Support the organization of workshops, training sessions, and other events aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience with ETL processes.
