IT Assistant will support the IT Manager with daily tasks related to the overall IT functions
of the organization while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 guidelines
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Hands-on IT helpdesk support: raising tickets, resolving issues within TAT, and initial troubleshooting (OS/software installation, hardware checks).
- Expertise in printer management and weekly backups.
- Experience with firewalls (e.g., FortiGate) and IT portals for streamlined activities.
- Assist with IT procurement, vendor follow-ups, and delivery tracking.
- Maintain IT trackers and daily documentation.
- Support IT Manager in audits for compliance.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala/Tamil communication.
- Willing to travel to research sites across the country.
