Role Description:
Join our dynamic Finance Business Partnering team at WNS Global Services Sri Lanka! We are seeking proactive and analytical individuals for the Lead Associate role, where you will play a key part in delivering strategic financial insights, driving cost efficiency, and supporting decision-making for our clients.
In this role, you will:
Support to manage the annual budget, identifying risks and opportunities to meet Group targets
Analyse expenses to explain any variances from the plan and prepare financial reports for stakeholders, including year-to-date, year-on-year and year-end forecasts
Provide recommendations to strengthen cost management practices and approach
Ensure timely deliveries, addressing any issues proactively
Maintain strong relationships with onshore partners and meet client expectations through regular service reviews
Conduct quarterly reviews of internal controls, recommending improvements to enhance accuracy, productivity and quality
Take ownership of service delivery
Drive ongoing process improvements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
Undergraduate degree or part-qualified in a Professional Accounting qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-oriented with a professional demeanour
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment
