Responsibilities
- Manage access to company’s LAN & wireless LANs.
- Monitor & support the Internet Link & VPN links connecting the Sites.
- Coordination with vendors on LAN & WAN issues.
- Checking to ensure that unauthorized devices are not connected to the Network
- Ability to resolve Network (LAN/WAN) related issues.
- Ability to resolve Windows Server & Active Directory related issues.
- Ability to resolve VMware environment related issues.
- Ability to resolve MS Hyper-V environment related issues.
Requirements
- Completed or pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from a recognized university.
- Minimum 02 years prior work experience as a system engineer or similar role in reputed IT organization and need to have L1 knowledge of following:
- SMB Network/ Firewall Management
- SMB Wireless Network Management
- Being a CISCO certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Excellent communicational skills and team work abilities.
- Ability to resolve complex issues within a defined time frame.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
