OXO Tech is a specialist in technical recruitment, connecting skilled professionals with leading ‘Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) globally. A prominent US-based software development company is urgently seeking resources for above position at their Colombo-based development center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Perform functional, performance, and regression testing to ensure app quality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance to junior QA team members.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Knowledge and Skills (Required)
- Solid mobile testing experience with extensive debugging skills for Android and iOS and the ability to reproduce complex issues
- Ability to write, execute defined test cases and find/report hardware, software, and platform issues
- Mobile test automation experience
- Experience testing on multiple mobile platforms, devices, IDE's
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Java, or other OOP languages
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years hands on experience in Android Mobile Development
