Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating visually stunning designs using effective color theory and typography.
- Develop and refine prototypes to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and design assets for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure design consistency across web, mobile responsive designs, and all portals by following design systems.
- Participate in client meetings to present and confirm UI designs.
- Test and validate designs for usability, functionality, and accessibility.
- Incorporate constructive feedback effectively and iterate on designs to meet project needs.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Interactive Media, IT, or a related field.
- Strong skills in visual design, creating mockups, and prototyping using tools like Figma.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles, including responsive and mobile-first design.
- Understanding of color theory, typography, and design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with user research and usability principles.
