Job Description: UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team to design intuitive and visually appealing web application for a project. As a UI/UX Designer, You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into engaging and effective user interfaces. Your role will involve designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, conducting user research, and ensuring that the final product meets both user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
- Conduct usability testing to identify and fix UI/UX issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web application designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and best practices.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
