Key Responsibilities

WordPress Website Design & Development:

• Create and develop custom WordPress websites tailored to client requirements.
• Customize themes and plugins to enhance functionality and align with branding.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain high website performance.

Web Server Management:

• Monitor and manage web servers to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
• Oversee hosting platforms, domain configurations, SSL certificates, and backups.
• Resolve technical challenges to ensure seamless website operations.

UX/UI Design:

• Design user-centric and visually appealing websites to enhance engagement and usability.
• Use tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch to create wireframes, prototypes, and layouts.
• Align designs with the strategic goals of the Power Reach AI Ecosystem.

Technical SEO Implementation:

• Optimize websites for search engine performance through technical SEO strategies.
• Implement best practices in metadata, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and site structure.
• Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to monitor and refine website performance.

Project Management:

• Handle multiple web design projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Conduct rigorous quality assurance and testing to ensure flawless website deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
