About the Role:
As a Web Developer with us, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients hit their business goals through smart and innovative web development. Your job will involve lots of exciting challenges, including:
- Thinking critically to come up with creative solutions.
- Building tech stacks that are perfectly suited to our clients’ needs.
- Designing clean, beautiful UI and UX that make websites pop.
- Understanding business strategies and helping to execute them.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and keeping communication flowing smoothly.
Job Description:
We don’t just offer a job – we offer a chance to grow and learn. Here’s a look at what you’ll be doing:
- Researching, designing, and implementing technical specs based on user requirements, wireframes, and scope of work.
- Making sure projects meet performance, security, and functionality standards.
- Developing and maintaining eCommerce websites that drive results.
- Helping out with website, intranet, and custom app development.
- Creating new programs, analyzing existing ones, and making recommendations for improvements.
- Doing backend/database programming for key projects.
- Setting up hosting environments, managing DNS, and working with Cloudflare and AWS.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and applying them to your work.
- Getting involved with testing, debugging, documentation, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field – or at least 2 years of work experience in the industry.
- At least two years of experience with WordPress, AWS, Azure, Shopify, and Elementor.
- Strong skills in frontend design and creating stunning, user-friendly UIs (super important!).
- Proficiency in PHP, CSS/HTML, JavaScript, jQuery (or similar libraries), and MySQL (or other databases).
- Solid knowledge of hosting, DNS configurations, and cloud environments.
- A self-starter who knows how to get things done and hit deadlines.
- Great communication skills – you’ll be working directly with clients, solving problems, and managing tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with an eye for detail.
