Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Engineer Intern at XigeniX. The Software Engineer Intern will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP). Some work will be based in Colombo, with a possibility of remote work.
Qualifications
- Computer Science and Software Development skills
- Back-End Web Development and Programming skills
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
Requirements
Familiarity with one or more programming languages (Python, .Net, Java, Java Script, etc.).
Basic understanding of cloud computing, APIs, and version control (Git/Bitbucket).
Passion for problem-solving, writing clean code, and learning new technologies.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
