Description

As part of an agile development team, the developer is responsible in having a comprehensive understanding of the product, functionality and the architecture. The developer should be able to analyse requirements with an eye to wider business impact and design efficient, scalable solutions. The developer must be able to produce high quality software and train junior developers in achieving the same.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of product
• Analyse requirements and estimate development efforts
• Adopt industry best practices and organisational coding standards
• Produce clean and efficient code
• Test and debug produced code
• Version control according to best practices

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude towards learning and developing skills
• Ability to function as a team player
• Good understanding of agile software development process
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Deep understanding of software design and architectural patterns
