About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in enterprise application development. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java, Spring, Tomcat, and RESTful services in an AWS environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design, develop, test, and deploy robust applications following best practices and coding standards

✔ Integrate applications with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and messaging systems

✔ Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure application scalability and efficiency

✔ Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards and participate in unit testing

✔ Create and maintain technical documentation, including design and deployment plans

✔ Provide ongoing support and maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues

✔ Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and project managers in an Agile development environment to ensure smooth software delivery

Key Requirements

✔ 3-5 years of experience in enterprise application development

✔ Strong programming skills in Java

✔ Expertise in Tomcat, Spring, XML, JSON, and RESTful Web Services

✔ Experience with AWS services

✔ Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle preferred)

✔ Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices (GitLab preferred)

✔ Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments

✔ Ability to monitor applications, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues

✔ Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment
