Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve L1 and L2 incidents, ensuring timely and effective solutions to minimize disruption.
  • Analyze issues and provide detailed root cause analysis.
  • Engage directly with clients for incident clarifications and offer expert support.
  • Build strong professional relationships and provide high-quality service to clients.
  • Work closely with L3 support teams for incident troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
  • Coordinate and support release and patch deployment activities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
