Job requirements
- Have 01 years of relevant work experience
- Diploma, Certification, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field. (Applicants currently pursuing relevant education may also be considered.)
- Foundational knowledge of transformers, LV/MV switches, including disconnectors, load breaker switches, and Ring Main Units.
- Capability to gain in-depth knowledge of the client’s electrical distribution systems and ensure adherence to their standards and regulations.
- Basic understanding of Office 365 and its applications in a professional environment.
- Must be comfortable working in an agile environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Stable high-speed internet connection (Fiber preferred) for remote work and flexibility to work on-site at the Embla office when required.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the collection and analysis of data related to the operation and maintenance of electrical equipment, including transformers, LV/MV switches, disconnectors, load breaker switches, and Ring Main Units, under the supervision of senior engineers.
- Ensure adherence to the client's distribution standards and regulatory requirements
- Detect and report any hazardous conditions associated with substation assets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams both locally and internationally to ensure seamless technical operations and optimal performance.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies, implementing best practices to enhance work efficiency.
