Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content including images, videos, reels, and stories for all social media platforms to promote hotel outlets.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and monitor daily posts across all platforms.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and industry news to create innovative and relevant content that resonates with our target audience to increase footfall.
  • Copywriting & Captions: Write compelling captions, hashtags, and post descriptions that align with the hotels tone of voice and storytelling approach.
  • Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community for various hotel outlets
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations to drive brand awareness and engagement for hotel outlets
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track social media metrics and performance analytics, providing insights and recommendations for content improvement and audience growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio will be considered.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), CapCut, or other video editing tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Trends: Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Creativity & Storytelling: Passion for critical ability to tell compelling visual and written stories that engage audiences.
  • Strong Writing Skills: Excellent command of English with the ability to craft engaging captions and blog-style posts.
  • Photography & Videography Skills: Ability to capture and edit high-quality images and short-form videos for content marketing.
  • Time Management & Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Team Player: A proactive and energetic individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams.
