Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong background in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize systems that can scale efficiently as our business grows. You will work with modern technologies like Vue.js, Node.js, Python, and Azure, ensuring that our applications remain responsive, secure, and scalable. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a development team, driving innovation and best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Scalable Solutions – Design and optimize applications that can handle growing traffic and data loads.
Vue.jsAzure
• API & Microservices Architecture – Develop and maintain APIs, implementing microservices for flexibility and scalability.
• Performance Optimization – Improve system efficiency through caching, load balancing, and database optimization.
• Team Leadership – Manage, mentor, and collaborate with a development team, ensuring high coding standards and best practices.
• DevOps & CI/CD – Implement automation and continuous integration/deployment pipelines for smooth releases.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in Full Stack Development using Vue.js, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience with Azure and cloud-based application deployment.
• Proven experience leading a development team, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical decisions.
• Strong understanding of scalable architecture, database management, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
