Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Front End Developer Intern to join our team. In this role, you will combine your front-end development skills with your design sensibility to create engaging and visually appealing web applications. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with both development and design teams, ensuring that the user experience is intuitive, seamless, and aesthetically pleasing.
Your primary focus will be on building dynamic, responsive, and beautiful user interfaces using React and Next.js, while also contributing fresh and creative ideas to enhance the design and user experience of our web products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop dynamic user interfaces using React and Next.js, ensuring they are responsive, accessible, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create innovative, user-centric solutions that are both functional and visually striking.
- Translate Figma wireframes and mockups into interactive, high-quality code.
- Utilize creative approaches to enhance the design elements of web applications, thinking outside the box to create unique user experiences.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and have a polished, professional look.
- Continuously test, iterate, and refine the design and functionality to ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with React and Next.js to build scalable and maintainable web applications.
- A solid understanding of responsive design and best practices for web accessibility.
- Ability to transform creative ideas and design concepts into functional code.
- Basic knowledge of Git for version control.
- A keen eye for design with an emphasis on UI/UX principles.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Proficiency in Figma or other design tools for creating and collaborating on UI/UX wireframes and mockups.
- Experience with design systems, prototyping, and interactive design.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and how to apply them in a practical development environment.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS), and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with API integration and asynchronous data handling.
