Job Title: HR Intern - On-site

Duration: 6 Months
Compensation: Paid Internship
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of orientation materials and assisting with paperwork.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide administrative support in performance management and employee evaluations.
- Prepare and update HR reports and presentations.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day HR functions and employee relations tasks.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive attitude, able to work independently and within a team.
- Previous experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
