Job Overview:
Will assist in managing multiple e-commerce and business portfolio websites while handling social media platforms, and providing digital content support. This role is ideal if you are a school leaver with an interest in digital marketing, website administration, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
- Assist in updating and maintaining e-commerce and business portfolio websites.
- Assist in managing domain settings and website hosting configurations.
- Assist in performing basic troubleshooting and coordinate with developers for technical issues.
- Maintain email databases and support communication needs.
Social Media Management:
- Provide support in handling Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Provide support in publishing social media posts and scheduling.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interest in websites, social media, and digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of website management (WordPress knowledge is a plus).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
Preferred (but not required):
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in photography or graphic design.
