We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee System Engineers (Support). This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals seeking to kick-start their careers in system engineering and technical support. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world IT operations.
You are a well-rounded individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong technical aptitude. You have a keen interest in system support, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn and grow in the field of system engineering.
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Networking
- Exposure to MySQL, MongoDB
- Familiarity with Shell, Perl, or Python scripting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to work in a 24/7 on-call roster
