What You’ll Do

As an Associate Business Analyst at OrangeHRM, you’ll be at the heart of building smarter HR software used by companies around the world. You’ll act as the link between what users need and what developers build helping us shape great products from the ground up.

You’ll:

• Learn how to translate user needs into smart tech solutions
• Work with product managers, developers, and designers in real-world agile teams
• Interview users and gather requirements to solve real business challenges
• Explore data and uncover insights to drive better decision-making
• Contribute to user stories, wireframes, and product roadmaps
• Present your ideas and recommendations to stakeholders and team leads

• Just graduated with a degree in IT, Business, or related fields
• Have done some software dev, database, or tech projects at university
