As a Intern/Junior HR Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our remote team, helping shape our company culture, and handling a variety of HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent for the team.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Support HR operations, including employee records, benefits, and payroll.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Be a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
What we’re looking for:
- A proactive and detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for people.
- Some experience or relevant education in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
- Based in or around Colombo, Sri Lanka.
