We are seeking a Junior Flutter Developer for a full-time, on-site position at X4 Digital Labs (Pvt) Ltd in Mawanella, Sri Lanka. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 0–1 year of experience who is passionate about mobile app development and eager to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

🕒 Experience: 0–1 year
📅 Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Stay up to date with Flutter trends and mobile development best practices.
Requirements:
✅ 0–1 year of experience in Flutter mobile development
✅ Solid understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and state management
✅ Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
✅ Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries
✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (final-year students with strong practical knowledge will also be considered)
✅ Must be willing to work on-site in Mawanella
