- Undergraduate or Graduated in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Willingness to work in an ISO27001:2022-certified environment and follow established security and compliance protocols
- Strong ability to provide technical support for end-users (hardware and software troubleshooting).
- knowledge of Windows, Linux and Mac system administration.
- Solid understanding of network troubleshooting and connectivity fundamentals.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
- Friendly attitude with strong interpersonal (PR) skills; a genuine team player.
