One of our clients is looking for a Web Design & Support Specialist to help to assist in the setup and maintenance of custom online platforms, focusing on digital production tasks for customers.
Requirements:
- Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Experience in e-commerce, digital orders, and website management
- Basic knowledge of HTML for website customization and minor coding adjustments.
- Experience with basic web design and layout modifications.
- Customer support experience or great communication skills
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the setup and customization of online ordering platforms for customers. Create and edit design layouts
- Maintain website content, ensuring all design elements and assets are up-to-date and meet quality standards. minor HTML coding
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment of customer orders.
