Job Description

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Cloud Support Intern.
The Cloud Support Intern will be responsible for:
- Act as a primary point of contact between engineering teams and customers.
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely resolutions.
- Monitor the Helpdesk Dashboard and monitor the SLAs
- Interact with multiple teams, escalate complex problems as needed and implement best practices in IT operations.
- Assist in daily IT operations
- Prepare documentation, presentations and reports.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A graduate or final year student in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Passionate in Cloud Technologies and Project Management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Azure.
- We may require 24/7 support on an On Demand basis.
