Trainee Project Lead / Associate Project Lead
Job Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience
- Analyze the pain points of existing and potential customers and develop a deep understanding of customer experience
- Translate product road map into detailed requirement specifications and prototypes
- Competitor product analysis
- Work closely with engineering team to deliver technical items
Expected Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent Communication in English – Written/Speaking
- A degree in IT/CS or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience playing the role of a business analyst would be an added advantage
- Experience in Technical writing/Professional Writing
- Experience in formal methods for eliciting and modeling requirements: personas, user scenarios, use cases, UML
- Experience in wireframing and coming up with UI prototypes using different tools would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in research and analysis
- Attention to detail and ability to work with incomplete information by filling the required gaps.
- Fresh graduates with research experience + Excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply
